Looks decent for sure, a bit disappointing it’s made in Taiwan. It’s actually close in price the the similar Milwaukee kit. Systainers are better than packout though for stuff like this imo
It appears that Festool switches around between Felo, Gedore, Whia, Wera, and maybe others. I think they try to keep their specialty sets amongst German tool makers as far as I can tell as I think these are all German companies. Maybe someone knows different? Anyway, I too like the quality of the tools included in these sets. All the Best, Chuck
@@toolcurve I could be wrong, just ask my wife, 😜 but like so many companies have done, I think they just outsourced some of their manufacturing to Asia due to labor cost. My 2 cents. All the Best, Chuck
@@toolchuck I think as long as the quality is the same, all is well. If quality suffers, then it’s no good. It’s like how Mercedes was known for quality but now it’s a luxury price but the quality of parts has gone down (in my opinion).
If you want to be able to track your Systainer in case of theft you can add an AirTag like this in the handle: th-cam.com/video/k0bMEizXfOQ/w-d-xo.html
it is manufactured by felo
That was my guess!
I bought this set in the uk and mine is all made in Germany it’s printed on everything.

The wiha screwdriver handle is better with less wobble in the bit. There’s a video on it. The wera locking bit holders extenders are my preference

Does it come with a Snap-On Domino?
If you bought all that a few pieces at a time it would cost more than it does. Yes, this is a Festool promotional item.
Are these bits usable with impact drivers

Made in Taiwan lost interest once I heard that.
