Arduino Counter For Winding Machine (0-9999) ||Proteus 8.10

From These tutorial I'm going to make an Advanced Winding machine.
Soo, These is the 1st tutorial as a Counter which ranging from 0 to 9999. In that I'm giving facility of UP ,DOWN, RESET the numbers which are very useful for set the number of turns of each coil. And for display the numbers I'm using 16*2 LCD display.
This project is simulated using the proteus 8.10 Professional
