- In this video we are showing you how our Aviationtags are manufactured. Follow the entire journey from a Boeing 747 to an Aviationtag and see how much love and work we put into our Aviationtags. This is how we preserve aviation history for you.

It’s always painful to see such a beauty like that, being dismantled. I love thinking about the life that the plane had, and about the second life you are giving to it
That is the way to look at it: A second life. At least we are helping to preserve aviation history with our work.
It's really neat to own an actual original piece of the aircraft that has flown to so many different cities around the world, many times over.

A true aviation buff is hurt to the core whenever an aircraft is being scrapped, no matter the reason! Having said that, I prefer it ends up as these beautiful tags, rather than beer cans.

I really love this! I own (I think from this aircraft) tag 02603 and its amazing to see how its been so handcrafted. So much so I've just ordered a Super Constellation piece for another set of keys because I love the tags that much. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Guys oder auch hallo Leute ich habe von dem Wettbewerb gelesen und finde es wirklich eine sehr tolle Idee diese wirklich besonderen Avoation Tags zu verlosen, statt zu verkaufen. Meine lieblings Airlines sind American Airlines, British Airways, KLM und natürlich die Lufthansa. Ich war bis Vorgestern mit meinen Eltern in Amsterdam am Flughafen und habe mir dort bereits ein Teil von genau diesem Flugzeug gekauft. Ich war so begeistert von diesem tollen Andenken, dass ich es gleich versuchen wollte, ein weiteres Teil von der Königin der Lüfte zu bekommen. Also, wenn ihr euch für mich entscheidet könntet ihr einem echten Flugzeugfan ein RIESEN Geschenk machen. Danke✈️👍

Got my first tag today (southwest 737). Really nice to carry a piece of it with me. Before covid I worked as an TRC. Now looking for an aircraft I've been in touch with. Maybe one day it appears.

I think it would be a great addition to the product if you can specify which part of the fuselage each tag is made from.

I would have paid $2,000 for that whole section just the way it was, before they cut it up into smaller pieces to make the tags. I wonder if they even sell large pieces?

Wäre es nicht cool wenn ihr solche aviationtags auch aus den Fan-blades einer Turbine machen würdet? Gut, ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht ob das geht. Die Blätter sind ja aus Titan, wäre nur ne Idee😊
Dominik Cool wäre es, nur lässt sich Titan nicht so gut verarbeiten wie Aluminium... ;)
Why are you not water cutting the tags? It would probably be cheaper..

Thank you! Just received a SE-DOR Boeing 737 and happy! But I noticed a couple of small particles, like there was some dust while the plane was painted. Does somebody else have something like that? )))
That's what makes them so special - the small little details. And none of them is like the other.

Man I would love to get my hands on one of those 747 aviationtags! Are there any plans on making tags from 747 in the US like Delta or United?
Well, besides the KLM Aviationtag we also have a former Cathay Pacific 747 tag in our online shop at www.aviationtag.com - And yes, the US flag carriers are definitely high up on our priority list.

It’s so hard to think about what they do to these retired planes, I have a tag myself, but it’s just hard to look at thinking of what happened to it, is there any way to not think that way?
