- In this build video, we take a look at my LLD (Level 30) Liberator Pally! Low Level Dueling is a very fun way to PvP in D2 and this is an entertaining build that's kept my interest since patch 1.10.

I used to tell my little brother that if he lost two ears in pvp his character would be dead forever. After losing one ear, he avoided any game where anyone hostiled him.

U have brought me back to duels ....I'm currently duel daily with my kids .(9 and 11 yrs ) @ lvl 18 ...we level together to lvl 18 and usually use the inner cloister as arena ....(don't leave the inner rectangle)
This sounds amazing haha! So you build as you go? And when you're 18, duke it out? Don't tell me you do it on hardcore haha

I notice that the thing that won you this game was the agility to switch between skills for every situation.
If he gets far, FoH, is he close, Hammers, is he at closer range but still range, charge. Very nice.

Great stuff man. LLD is so fun with the variety that it brings to PvP. You're not just dueling the same builds over and over again like in high-level.
I played lots of classic. When I got too much gear, I would host duels and give gear to the winner. Once, I attracted a level 9 barbarian dueller who had unique from before LoD. (This was during v1.09.) It turns out that pre-LoD uniques didn't have level requirements. He was rocking the unique crown and Rockfleece, among other cool items. He also dominated everyone he duelled. Wish I had screencaps and remembered his name. Dude was a legend.
GfG bro this looks to be like it could very well become my favorite duel build of all time, first time I’ve ever seen it. This didn’t exist in 30LLD’s 20 years ago and if it did I was too dumb to know it. GFG’s bro, gonna seriously give this build a try out.
I havent played since 1.10 came out. But watching your video makes me hyped up for Resurected.

Was doing lvl 29 low level duels back in the day. It was my favorite categorie.
My first LLD was a lvl 24 charger. Quickly followed by a lvl 27 when 1.10 came out haha
Back in 1.11 I used to use duel wield "noob-shards" (lightsaber crystal sword) howl tusk, rockfleece,bloodfist,goblin toe,bladebuckle, was pretty o.p
I had every low level dueler back than.. I got my house raised and went away and lost my account .. I had a level 18 horned helm barb helm found with 3 os +3 Shout +3 Iron Skin +3 Leap Attack . Let’s just say I was the best 18 melee Babba on ya East. Throw barbs are awesome too... I used to build builds around items.... best game ever

Would you consider using Grief, Armageddon slippers, god roll rare circ, etc if this was a high-end build? Also the WW and Zon didn't stand a chance against you. Necro could've had a better chance if he's using Enigma. Nice duel with the vindicator.
If this was high-level dueling, absolutely. Whereas this is Low-Level Dueling though, we don't have access to those items in GM Duels. Level 30 is a very fun level at which to duel; creativity is key, and Danzeva is a legend with his builds.

What jewel in the foh Stick? Just wondering i think Budget its a 15res best?
personally i prefer 75 fcr on this char, lets you go for much more mana with frostburns. if yo get a nice fcr ring/ammy you can even take off viper to get jeweler's light plate of the squid (or whatever the mod is called at lvl 25 max). using partizan insight swap is another good option as it will let you mana regen much faster and it kinda hits like a truck when you use it to charge.. has high ed, ar and crit

Ah just see the 10fcr Ring in stash. So if I dont like stashed items going straight for 125fcr or is it much dmg/mana loos with only 1soj

Remember to pick your items off of the ground! The other day I lost a perfect 65 ed/121 ar Crown Shield while transferring!!! Would have fetched quite a bit in the LLD community (lvl18 req).
How much fg did you spend on the build?
Personally, it's been under 100fg with Dan's kind donations and self-found gear (for the most part). But if you had to buy it all with FG, you're lookin' at next-to-nothing for the gear (under 20 late ladder) and charms you can probably get a sub-par set like this for under 300fg (and that would probably be on the HIGH end).

so is considered low level duels at like level 30? we play low lvl duels at level 9 , and they are pretty savage
That’s VLD very low duels I believe lvl 9 yea haha but yea LLD was always 30 but some BM go 31
...never approach a hammerdin from the top....always bottom left for hammer blind spot

The most fun I've had in D2 was trying to gear up my LLD chars. Just started getting into it before I stopped playing. Now 10 years later I just play PlugY. Still geared up a couple LLD chars...but its pointless lol
