Suppose I have pH of 9.8 of distilled water . How much HCL ( % assay is say 37 ) is to be added to bring down to 6.8 or even 7.0 pH . volume of water say 2000 ml ? Kindly explain
mam.. mere liye ek boht bada doubt he ..plz solve it .. agr me 6g sugar aur 10g sodium chloride ko mixx kr k ek powder bana leta hu aur usme se muje 0.40mol required he to woh quantity kitne gram ki hogi!!!!
Please correct the formula I think there is some mistake in it..with the first calculation the molarity can be calculated correctly..but the formula in the second case does not give the correct molarity
Great video, thank you. I want to prepare a 100 ml 25% v/v glutaraldehyde solution and the glutaraldehyde available is 50% wt% glutaraldehyde in water, MW= 100.12 g/mol, d= 1.106 g/ml. Would I be correct for using C1V1= C2V2. The answer I get is 50 ml of 50% glutaraldehyde in 100 ml to give 25% v/v glutaraldehyde. Thanks
Excellent job maam but i don't understand how to prepare 0.1M HCl in 250 ml from 100% stock solution of HCl Because according to my calculations Answer is 7.7
For the video at 0:51, it was said that molecular weight is 36.5 g/mL. But it's not correct, because molecular weight is measured at g/mole.
Yes you age correct 36.5g/mole.
And also when calculating V, I don’t understand how we ended up with ml while density is in g/m^3 and mass is in grams
Thank you so much. You explained the calculations splendidly.
Thank you. You are the best 😊.
Mam plz tell me M/20 HCl in 250 ml kitna chahiye hcl
Khub khub abhar 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️
Very nicely explained Madam. Thank you very much. Kindly explain for 1 N HCL
Thanks dear... 💝💝 from Bangladesh
Just what I needed 🙏l have been looking for this explanation to solve these exact question for the past 3days
Thnk you very much for explaining explicitly
Mam how we make dilute HCl and H2SO4
best explanation ever

Thanks.
How to prepare 0.5 M sucrose solution, 0.15M KCL Plz tell mee mam
thanks for your help
Awosome
Great job. Thank you so much

Molecular weight = gram / mole you can write gram/ ML is not correct.🙏

Yes you r right👍
How to check given HCl is 37%
Good explanation
Gajab yaar. Thanks
Please correct the formula I think there is some mistake in it..with the first calculation the molarity can be calculated correctly..but the formula in the second case does not give the correct molarity
Thanks very much
2nd formula is easier for me mam. Thank you so much
Please tel me how to prepare 7M HCL
Maam 100 ml of 0.08M how much ml I have to put in the beaker it's urgent please help me
how can we know that 0.1M HCL for 250ml is 2.09ml??????.. reply must
For 100% = 30.9 x100/37
But for 37% = 30.9 ml.... Why it Should not be 37%=30.9x37
The 2nd, you said that 1dm^3 = 1000ml, if we take 1000/100 from 37% so we remain 10, and the equation become (1×36.5×10)/ 37×1.18
Why are we calculating for 100% when we use 37% HCl?
thank you so much sir

Again the same problem mam, I didn't get how we can write the 83.5mL will provide the 1M HCl?
Ek video 1% HCl ke liye bhi bnaye mam thank you.
100% hcl means 83.5 ml in 100 ml madem
Nice teaching
Thank you so much ma'am.
Thank you
The best
Good method
How 37% is taken into calculation...what if we have 36% Hcl ....the volume will be the same ....then 36% of 1M HCl will have 30.9mL
Thank you very much for your kind Explanation
Thank you😊
Thanx ma'am

Because according to my calculations Answer is 7.7
Very nice
Thank u so much
Mam with this formula can we can calculate normal solution also
+amol kadam
yes, use equivalent weight instead of molecular weight to calculate normality.
Thank you so much Mam
Very Nice
Good explaination mam😊

Thank you.
6M HCL?
Great
Nice
molecular weight in g per mole not per ml of hcl
Thanks alot

Mole concept is so tough. I die 😭
Mol. Wt. Unit is g/mol
how is the 83.5 mL considered related to 1M?
