Great tips, I definitely agree with the leading by example. I became a minimalist about 6 years ago. Whilst my husband wasn’t onboard at the start, he noticed that fewer things means more time, less, and quicker cleaning, and less time spent maintaining things. He still isn’t a minimalist but we have a very minimal home, and he is also on a journey of decluttering to free up time, money and space, and we both believe in a simpler life. It’s a game changer. Good luck for baby number two. Love from Cornwall UK. X

Love it. Actions always speak louder than words. ✨

I'm def not a minimalist, but my family and I have gone through our possessions and we have given up things that don't serve us purpose any more and so on, and now my small apartment, separated from my family, feels so much lighter and it is as if it's easier to breathe.!

That sounds so nice. It’s the best feeling to get your space fine tuned to how you love it! My house is not extremely minimalistic either - I just like using the word and general principles as a guiding light. Thanks for watching! ✨🤍

I don’t think Canada is much better regarding consumerism. I have gone through my possessions over and over as my husband and son are not as eager. It seems like every day I’m able to let go of more of my own things just out of frustration.😖

I’ve been there… it can be tough & feel like you’re alone in the battle. I do think it just takes time and things will slowly take a turn for the better! You’ve got this. Thanks for watching. ✨🩷

Good tips. I'd say, show more examples, and leave them on-screen a bit longer. I'll watch some more of your videos. 😊
