I'm a newbie and I've found the scanner confusing! I scanned the alpen light and each flavour has two listings ( one saying 1* and one saying 2 after the food name) what does it mean?!?

Great ideas chloe love the wrap idea just a tip for I also do my porridge I the microwave but I do mine in a Pyrex jug Chloe then put it in my bowl and add my fruit to avoid the overflow ❤❤

Both chia seed and flax/linseed are best for you 'nutrition wise', once milled, not in their whole form. I always buy them ready milled, but you can put them in a blender to blend them yourself. If you want a more natural laxative to help with your toileting issues, milled golden linseeds are really good xx
I also heard that dried beans are similar and if using in cooking need to be soaked even for few hours b4 use. Apparently this makes them much easier to digest and also breaks down some of the 'anti nutrients' in them, making their nutrition easier for the body to access.

I haven’t tried it yet lol 😂 I’m not sure about chia seeds being soaked. I thought they’d do the opposite as they’re a great source of fibre. I use the sweet freedom chocolate on my porridge. Not tried the butterscotch before xxxxx

My husband doesn’t close drawers and cupboards ever, it drives me nuts. I even put post it notes on them to remind him and it doesn’t make any difference. We have been married 49 years so I think I’ve failed. Good job I still love him! You put too much milk in your porridge, you need a small cup. Love your vlogs!
