BTW on your insta a long time ago you mentioned the M&S Tinned Irish stew being low syn so I always have a tin in the cupboard for a quick meal and top it off with mashed potatoes 😀 sometimes I add cheese on top xx

I love the glass rectangle bowls you’ve got, I got them and I do my weetabix ‘cheeesecake’ in them. I saw on tiktok they do the hot cross bun French toastin the air fry and you can dip them in melted chocolate

I love ❤️ the chicken heck sausages. I bet the sweet chilli and coronation chicken ones are yummy 😋. Hubby doesn’t like them so I tend to have them for lunch or when he has normal sausages lol 😂 xxx

They are so yummy aren't they! Out of the two I really preferred the coronation ones, I loved the curry flavour - so nice and I would highly recommend. They are a great lunch option you're right!! Love them! xx

Yes Anne, really easy - before ordering I always just check the ingredients in each meal and I work out the syns before ordering so I know that I can have it within my day - so handy xx
