We do the same method i use to have a cacao tree which always gave bountifull fruits same as you do iuse to tase it and extract the juice in my mouth which sometimes sweet or sour because when you dry it in the sun it takes a short time to dry rather than you washed it and let dry,then roast it and powdered it by using mortar but sometimes i use electric grinder to manage less time ,usually i like to drink hot chocolate under the cacao tree it fell so wonderful that the chocolate i'm drinking come's from the tree beside me
