Thanks for the video Dude. Thors three needle carbs on the hyper Mach engines are notorious for being a pain it the posterior! They very very often don’t seal well and Tuning becomes a serious pain!
The engine anf pipe are the same as my Cage Buggy which has now Hyper SS body. The Hyper Cage and SS buggy are more heavy duty for bashing where that set up looks like a racing lighter set up.
Hi Haggard rc i have a question i have a tamiya TM-4 engine it was running great but now when i start it up it is like it is on full throttle and the carb is need fully closed? Do u thing it would be the carb with a air leak?.. Or bad carb?...
Loving the videos and learning so mich from you haggard,Hyper 7 looks great,running like a dream. I've not long got a hyper VS with a hyper 30 turbo engine and having trouble with it and the COPS pullstart,any ideas if I can get rid of it for a normal pullstart? Also after breaking it in,running 4-5 tanks through it and then 2-3 tanks at low throttle it melted the exhaust manifold gasket that can't be right can it? Any help would be greatly appreciated,thank you
It's still on the factory run in setting ,if anything it's really rich,I was just about to start trying to tune it in when the cops pull start came apart after I put more fuel in
@simon6097 either sucking air from carb housing orbackplate housing..if not did u check the settings yourself or you jus ran it as it was from factory..coz they not always rite from factory...also idle gap cos more air make it lean..

Put a new gasket on it and see what happens to that one. That’s bit something I’d worry about myself, put it down to poor quality.
