It stands for Way of the Cross Church of Christ founded in DC by Bishop HC Brooks, this church was in Harrisburg PA, founded by my Grandfather Bishop Myles Meredith.
I know WOTCCOC in Baltimore…Bishop Leroy Kennedy Refuge Way of Christ…..I been to Bishop Brook years ago. Bishop Jerome Stokes had to preach there…he came out of Way of the Cross
