Sir, It will not affect paint quality unless paint has not glued ...means if it dissolves well in water and not chalking after applying then nothing to worry.
Yes you can ask for extra discount as the prices were too low that time as compared to now.
you can ask about 3-5% extra as his pitched price.

Sir, Computerized colorant cost depends on the shade lighter the shade lower will be the cost and vice versa...
Discount depends on the various factors, as in early comment you have asked for the 4 years Paint then if I sell such old stock then I barely take any margin,to get rid out of stucked stock.
