Shoulda gave that guy $500 for giving you such a battle.
Given. And no.
If only the sign said "$500 if you give them a good battle"
@@nuckyslayer123 Perhaps, but then "good" would have to be defined.
@@terminat1 complain about ‘gave’ but not ‘shoulda’…. Yup seems about right.
@@Danjr704 One is informal language, so I gave it a pass. The other is incorrect grammar.
"I just wanted to break their heart." had me rolling.xD
If he knew there was $1000 on the line, he probably would've gotten extremely nervous too :)
Man's a legend
I like how everything in New York is a hustle..the ping pong hustler, the magician hustler, the card hustler, the pizza hustler, the chess hustler, the hustler hustler lmao
Don't forget the cops.
@@steaminghottake6221 hahaha the cop hustler
„I just wanted to break their hearts“ 😂
Haha he's such a legend! What a player!
So intense
Cops made you leave!?!? With all the crime going on in NY, the cops took the time to tell people recording a video of them playing ping pong to leave.... That's crazy...
They dont want to struggle with real criminals knowing the corrupt DA will just let them out on some bs bail
Not so free country after all
What law did they even break wtf ☠️
My thoughts exactly.
What "all the crime" in NYC? NYC is safer than almost every other city in the US.
Give that guy 500$
For what? It's $1000 or nil
for using him for content. It's pretty standard really. Without him, that video was a bust.
Beast to Dan "Serve Short" Dan proceeds to serve long.....haha
This 🤣
🤣 The pressure was real!
too nervous for a short serve :D would have dumped it in the net or something :D
JAJAJAJJAJAJA Nice coment! that happens to me too
Play against Adam Bobrow and pongfinity
100% needs to happen 🔥👀
@@TableTennisDaily small tournament with those guys and your team would be great like 8 players total. Please make it happen:D
Challenge PingPongMaestros!🔥@@TableTennisDaily
Challenge accepted
That's me in the tank top and the red Hat!! 🔥🔥🔥🏓🏓🏓
What a great video, i was smiling the whole time. Love seeing people having fun.
"YoU LiVe In ThE FrEeSt CoUnTrY In ThE WoRlD! BUT you can't play ping pong in the park.."
What an ashtray of a country 😂😂😂
🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔When you type the letters that way, the whole point is to mock the other person, so you're supposed to do it from their point of view. Instead of "YoU", you should've typed "I" or "We". Nice try, though. Definitely doesn't reek of jealousy. Get 'em next time, little buddy.
Love it, especially the final bit, real pressure - the guy had some creativity and had fun.
Bristol challenge next, £1000? All the local pimple players already studying Dan’s mistakes :D
Beast looked strong, way to go!
Haha this will be tough against all those Bristol pip players! 👀
Love it, great video
Great video guys !
Crazy Tony is the coolest. He has patience and doesn't just hit the ball as hard as possible
I took a shot every time he said "I'm so nervous".... I'm drunnnkkkk.
“where’d you all come from” - “Just across the street, that office” 😂
love the editing you put on the tekkin guy hahaha
Solid video like always 😎
Looked like everyone was having a good time, except the cops.
I'm in my house man hahahhaha, what a legend....i even think he was a better player in this match just little bit of luck missing.
Loving it! Classic Dan. 10/10 content keep it up!!
You gotta come to Brooklyn next for the public challenge. It would be epic!!!
Cops hard at work busting the good guys!
The heartbreaker guy is a legend though 🤩
Incredible player 🔥
Unreal scenes 🔥
CLE jersey is always in Bryant Park on lunch break playing - has the best energy, always smiling.
I would play Pétanque and he was as good at it as well. Cheers.
Just when you're about to lose, cops came to save you🔥😤🤣
As a former professional table tennis who played for his country, back in my prime days when I was already retired, used to go to some high-end gyms to play for fun and hustle on championships which would give you 1-year free paid gym with full access to spa, massage, and extra services, all included.
I remember, best amateur players being so upset and trying so hard because I played amateurshly so they didn't suspect I was a former pro TT player. Never lost a single set but always gave them false hope by letting them be up for a few points most of the game and then putting metal to the pedal and win. Also, all hot chicks from gym wanted to play with me or watched me play, even got me a few dates back then.
nice fake story
Guys like that, fing hate em, so much talent and such unorthodox style😂
this is the first time in my life I see a ping pong player jump in the opposite direction from the ball like he s a soccer goalie trying to block a penalty kick
Haha I know wild point right 🤣
That was hilarious!
Thanks for tuning in 🙏🔥
Missed this 😂
What an entertaining video
Kudos to the dude repping Cleveland Cavs!!
In Chinatown Paris, there are some park players who can give a lot of serious competition players a run for their money. It's a whole different game and wind, strange bounces, hard nets, can put us at a real disadvantage. Well done for holding the nerves through the tremors!
où ça ? jamais vu.
@@v.c.7564 parc de Choisi, parfois il y a de très bons joueurs.
@@v.c.7564 I think he means parc de choisy. I know there are regulars with real level at the tables along canal de l'ourcq as well.
we have french colleagues in the office and they learn table ttennis in school... so basically all of the french teens can play a bit@@miclochesm6222
Great Video next time please in Berlin🙌

I loved playing there when in New York! SPiN is awesome too. Great video guys! ✌️🏓
Thanks Mark!
You should do a public challenge in Amsterdam!!🏓
Dan always handles the TTD pressure. 😅 Do your next challenge in Germany.
That’s where my table tennis career started years ago. Close game vs Master Mandingo.
"It's not about the money. It's about sending a message."
I'd love to see the next public challenge will be held in Jakarta. I'll be there.
Come to Vancouver, British Columbia for the next public challenge.
Please come to Stockholm för a public challenge next! ❤
Would love that!
Do challenge in Prague, Czech Republic!😂
He earned $500 for the content and skill.
What’s messed up is that NYC cops show up to break up a ping pong game but ignore daylight store robberies.
My guy playing the penhold too!
White shirt from the beginning is a vibe.
Here in central Tel Aviv we have a community garden with 4 different tables and a huge ping pong community, you should totally come!
does NYC have a hustler for everything😂
Thought I was pretty good until watching this. There are some beasts walking amongst us!
I could feel the tension 😬😅
Next level 😅
@@TableTennisDailythat was proper ttd pressure 😂
Come to Atlanta and try it during the Atlanta Open. Bet you'll have some great competition.
Damn I got intense watching this video here in my living room 😅
Haha ending is crazy right 😁
I’ve played there a couple times before, I think the better players come out at night. You didn’t play the guy with no racket handle! Has everyone seen the National Geographic short documentary on Bryant Park?
The documentary being made some 9 10 years ago most of those night regulars no longer attend the park. There are a new batch tho who are also quite good. But non better than Mandingo, the one who went 11-9 almost winming.
@@xmi11 good to know! I haven’t played there since January 2020 (that’s when I played the guy with no racket handle). There was a freak warm spell, one guy was playing with his shirt off. Then the pandemic hit.
@@nils-and-kat-devine Shirt off, yeah that had to be Tony, the Asian from the National G, one of the few who are still around since than.
an someone tell me is the Hexer Grip Sfx and the Butterfly Timo Boll ALC wood a good combination? My wood is a Donic Epox Topspeed and I wonder if this wood will fit me.
Do a public challenge in Merida, Yucatán, Mexico!! 😊❤
You knew the guy was going to be trouble when he did the reverse pen hold grip.
I swear, I've never faced anyone that isn't at least halfway decent when they use that grip.
You boys gotta visit St. Louis MO. We have a huge tatble tennis community here.
You guys should play the next challenge in Jakarta, Indonesia
Those two cops look like two comedians acting as cops on a skit show.
The next City for pro vs public .... Medellín Colombia
then you re happy to come back without your $1000, yet alive
Protect and serve lmfao
Great video! Can you do a rubber review on the Fastarc series?
Yeah will look into this in the near future 💪
@@TableTennisDaily Thanks so much!!
You should give some advanced notice so clubs players can show up and give some real competition.
7:24 Dude was playing traditional penhold backhands lik Ryu Seung Min!!!!!!
You should do public challenge in Düsseldorf❤
I didn't even know ping pong hustling was even a thing
1:07 BAHAHA! The guy actually believes he's better than the pro.
Come to St.John's, Newfoundland please 😂
Ping pong is the most fun you can legally have in your basement.
If you havent watched the news, the cops cant do anything to you anyways....
last guy deserved 100 bucks
His nickname name is Mandingo, he is super nice in person.
You said 3 pro players, frog and the beast, where is the third pro player ????😂😂
When in Buenos Aires????🎉🎉
What happened with the cops? Why did they stop this? Land of the free, home of the braves my a55 ...
Not in the city of blue voters
Goteborg, Sweden would be fun!
Playing somewhere in the Netherlands would be great! Maybe Amsterdam?
What was their reason for not letting you film? It was a public park correct? I don't understand.
Public park privately run. Needed permission first
In America, public spaces are incredibly rare. This park looked public but isn't.
@@ThePiemasteification I live in Tennessee. I was wondering if NYC had an ordinance about filming in public parks I was unaware of. It looked to me like the police were crushing their First Amendment rights. I can't think of a single private park in the Nashville, TN area but I'm sure NY is a totally different beast. "Public spaces are rare" The US invented the first national parks in the world😃 Thank you, Teddy Roosevelt!
When did playing ping pong in the park get you kicked out of it?
Do this same challenge in Dubai 🔥
It looked like nearly every serve was a foul by the guy who nearly won. Still a very good player.
Make a public challenge next in Sofia, Bulgaria 🇧🇬
Please come to Chicago, we have a lot of great players, we are ready to take you guys down!
We play in the parks here in Milan and there are several players with a creative style like this guy. Hard to beat them...Come to Milan and we' ll challenge you😅
You guys think that guy was nervous? I couldn't tell
