i was just listening to a thrash metal band called krisiun on spotify and you were the third band in related artists. You are absolutely NOTHING like that band but for once I'm really happy that spotify fucked up or I may never have found you....awesome stuff guys!
This line-up and live version of Ehjä is best for me. No doubt. Happy to have saw them live though not this line-up it only confirmed how cool this was.
As far I know, she was to the bass player in their old records, the 'Totem' EP and 'Jex Thoth' LP, during that time, James Toth. Since then she works with a new lineup, and I have no idea what the state of her marriage is.

This band is from Madison WI, I have seen them, because I live 3 1/2 hours north of Madison. Jex is awesome and everything she does may be show or because she has Pagan beliefs obviously....
Those candlesticks have to be velcroed on there or something....I can't even keep a beer can or an ashtray on my amp without it vibrating right the fuck off. lol
1) I would question what kind of a ritual she is doing before the beginning of the concert and the purpose and intention ...otherwise you're passive sheep being used in unknown ways ...especially considering the cult-like behavior ... i doubt it being coincidental artsy fartsy eccentric behavior . But it might simply be part of the whole presentation without any particular ritualistic metaphysical purpose .

Just discovered this band yesterday; mind blowing tunes and performances. Been a while since I've been excited to find a "new to me" band
Jex Thoth is my discover of the year! And yes, great live performance!
My favorite video on TH-cam for nearly two years. Thanks for capturing and/or sharing it, msmuc.
I saw this video while tripping on 2c-b and since then I come back to it all the time
Jex is addictive regardless what you're on. Or not on.
You might like her stint in Sabbath Assembly as well, though it has a mellower vibe.
Very cool show and band! Jess herself is a tour de force!
The best video on youtube.
my great discover of the night. Thansk!
Excellent! Thank you very much!
Excellent video, great quality and sound!
Awesome. One of my new fave bands.
Thank you so much for putting up this, just like the gig in sweden!
Jex thoth is a great live band.. and I found out 2 days after their gig in sweden.

Not just Ehja, that version of Son of Yule is perfect, the lead guitarist did an awesome job
54:55 Love how the "moonrise" accompanies the lyrics.

I wish live performed Psyer
@@curtisjohnston6649 That's the song I was looking for. Not my favourite but I wondered what it would sound like live.
Does anyone know what happened to this band? They split up? I miss their gigs...
Wondering the same, one of the bands that I dearly miss - especially the ritual like live experiences...

Seriously, where does someone get a cape in this day and age?
Back in the early 70s they called this Downer Rock lol!
This is fucking sick good job
I've had full bottles of beer vibrate right off the top of my amp...how do they keep those candles on there?
LevitatorMusic double sided tape lol
Great add-on, thank you!
(BTW: How did you create these time-links?)
Manda um salve pessoal do Brasil que curte
more like queen of melodrama amirite
hah, in Finland "Ehjä" Means the whole or entire and "Tauti" is same as disease, malady or so on.
yEAH
She 's the Queen of Doom!
Dorthia is now
@@curtisjohnston6649 Jinx Dawson!!
Are those two things numeric quantities?
You add #t=291s after the URL, 291s being the time ofcourse.
Shame she didn´t play Into A Sleep, best song of the new album
For some reason I now want to watch a Monty Python movie now.
У неё невебеный ДУМ !!!
