Exploring the amazing Grinnell Glacier Trail

If you’re lucky enough to find yourself in Glacier National Park I think this is the best hike to do to get spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, lakes and the incredible Grinnell Glacier. A must do hike to add to your hiking bucket list.

Was the trail closed? How does that work? Are you allowed to get as far as you can even if it is closed?

Yes, the trail was closed at the snow fields. I went a little bit farther but it just wasn’t worth the risk to go any further. That’s when I turned around.
