4:36 This makes literally zero sense. The ping of the controller just increases when you go from wired to wireless so he literally becomes slower, not faster. Although the difference isn't even a single frame so it's completely negligible unless the few ms you lose would tip you over the 16.6 ms limit. The fact that he doesn't know this is kinda crazy with the amount of confidence he speaks about it.
