I love Niki so much because she’s always so respectful when it comes to other people’s opinions even if she doesn’t agree with them. she is always looking at both sides of the argument no matter what, and i have so much respect for her and her message to other women being underpaid or not heard. You’re awesome Niki!! :)
You bring up a good point about the women being on top in more domestic jobs and the men in the others I think its because they are more interested and/or more determined to dominate in them to either prove a point or because the put a different spin on things considering men and women's way of thinking and working are different
