- These altered paper clips are perfect for your junk journals, journals, planners or other craft projects. Supplies needed for making this project: two die cuts, digital images, ribbon, paper clips and hot glue gun.
They are very pretty. Love the old photos.

Thanks so much for this idea. I don't have a die cutter so I used my ticket punch. I left 2 tickets together for the hot gluing and when I folded the tickets around the paper clip it was easy to line up. Love the idea of attaching the clip to a page so nothing sticks out.
Great Idea Paula. You can use any type of punch. I have a scallop punch that I use all the time. I am so glad that this idea was useful to you.

Thank you Linda. They do slide onto the page nicely and the paper clip does not get caught on the page and rip the page.

This is a great idea, but what I would personally do is to create images of the person to whom I would gift these, size them accordingly, and make them that way instead of seeking images of other people I don't know; thus, a personalized version. Thanks for the inspiration. I LOVE this idea!
