There are a lot of peacocks that live around my neighborhood and in my experience they are very bold birds. Once a peacock was standing in the middle of the road and I honked at it, but instead of running away it stood it's ground, turned around and screamed at my car, definitely fearless birds!
Peachicks are the cutest! Your babies actually weren't a few days old, they actually hatch WITH their wing feathers and can fly by day 3! They are such impressive birds and if you handle them they will be great yard birds and not run away a lot.

Peachicks can walk fairly fast as well, and not take a few days to do so, more within the range of hours after hatching. By days 3&4 the babies can fly out of enclosures or roost with mom. These babies weren't 3 days old quite yet

@DGneoseeker1 Tech suits, also known as knee skins are special suits worn by swimmers in large scale competitions. For example, I wear mine for championships and sectionals. They were designed by Speedo in 2003 and imitate shark skin. They reduce drag in the water so instead of holding on to water they repel it. For swimmers this reduces their time, think of it as running with a parachute behind you and then taking it off. That is what a tech suit does. They have a special coating that imitates shark skin and are also very tight and form fitting to increase speed. They are painful to put on and can take up to an hour to go on. They can easily tear so you have to be careful. The coating will come off after about 3 uses and the suit will have more drag than a normal Competition swim suit because of the area it covers and the type of fabric. Some people will street here them out to wear on a normal bases after three uses during practice to gain drag. Working out with drag is harder and makes you gain more speed in the long run. It’s like running with weights on your ankles. The one she is wearing appears to be a speedo LZRX which is said as laser x. It is speedo’s Top of the line tech suit and was debuted at the 2008 summer Olympics, it one a Nobel prize for most innovative invention that same year. Though it is soon to be mocked out of its spot as the best one on the market coming summer of 2020 with the debut of speedos new line at the Olympics. They may seam over priced and ridiculous to non-swimmers but there is not a better feeling than diving in a pool with a new tech suit on. If you are still curious about tech suits and their history, you can google “FINA band full body techs suits after Beijing olympics”. It gives a secondary side to the suits speed and the rules that followed it. It is also the reason there are QR codes on the butt of my suit. The reason I know it is a tech suit is because of the teal reinforced seams that are the characteristic of the LZRX that says hey I’m in the best suit watch out and also it hurt a ton to put this on I’m really tough.
Lauren Arigo I think maybe someone bought it and used it and then donated it to goodwill or a thrift shop or maybe it was a hand me down or something. Unless she is a swimmer and it’s an old suit. One of my favorite childhood books was THE CHIRKENDOOSE! When the egg was discovered, every bird in the barnyard claimed it, shared it and when it hatched claimed the chick as their own. It was an awesome book for a 5 yr old child to read. I'm 72 yrs old and I still remember it!
