ScannerVision™ Browser Capture is an innovative client type that empowers users to streamline digital document processing across all devices and platforms using any web browser on PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, whether running Windows or Mac. With ScannerVision Browser Capture, users can select a workflow, input additional data (metadata), and upload files by selecting or dragging and dropping them into the browser page. It's as simple as that.
Since this new client operates within a web browser such as Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc., there's no need to install anything on end users' devices. Licenses are based on 'named users' and are available in bundles.
This presents a fantastic opportunity to engage with customers who already utilize ScannerVision device clients and offer them an extension to their desktop interface. They can seamlessly work with existing electronic documents in the same manner as paper ones.
