Dr psychotic is really a POS.His brother gave an actual heartfelt apology and he looked totally bored listening to it.Then when it was his turn, he just lazily read a prewritten "apology" and mostly blamed his brother for something irrelevant to the situation. Dude literally wasn't paying rent while being extremely inconsiderate to his brother and throws the whole "well, YOU were on painkillers" argument.
You're being unfair, Doug's apology was equally prewritten and Psychotic didn't get through most of his apology before being cut off with his brother saying something equally as fucked up, implying that somehow his addiction is his brother's responsibility, leading Psychotic to snap back and both of them go off the rails.
@@BonnieBoestarYeah, but Doug took the initiative to reach out and apologize after seeing what happened to the other guy mourning his brother at the job site. Dr. Psychotic apology went off track as soon as he went towards " well you have pain killer addiction".Its literally the same as when he originally got kicked out because instead of apologizing and saying that he'll be quieter in his lab, he went with "well you got problems too". @@datsunracer9378 Hang on, to be clear Doug didn't "take initiative", Pim took initiative and managed to convince Doug after a serious accident showed him how meaningless their issues can be when really he just wants his brother in his life. Psychotic was immediately willing to do this because otherwise he would have been homeless. You're giving Doug credit for "taking initiative" when in reality he was actively resisting the intervention between them until the accident. Psychotic agreed to this before Doug did, not that I'm saying whoever says yes first is better. Keep in mind that Psychotic had a lot more riding on this. His brother is threatening him with homelessness AND losing his brother, that's a LOT more of a heavy consequence hanging over Psychotic than Doug just not seeing his brother anymore. The fact that Psychotic brings up mother when Doug tries to blame his painkiller addiction on his brother is because clearly there were some unresolved issues with their mothers death and Doug very much might have been a shitty son to their mom due to taking painkillers to cope with her death, instead of being lucid by her side (since we know that Psychotic's scientist obsession only started AFTER his Mom died).
