Bet site agent wishes he could start this incident all over again. On a big project you have to deal with all kinds of people including the general public, you are accountable to everyone, not just your work force. Auditor was awkward at start of incident, no need for hands on, you never go hands on unless making a common law arrest or defending yourself or others.
