      Deepti Hulusurkar Yes! I also started to make better choices in my diet. I stopped drinking sugary drinks from Starbucks. Also, no soda pop, etc. Limited alcohol in take and fast food also eliminated a lot of bad carbs. I always had problems doing anything like this until I listened to this track, so I really credit it with helping me! My goal is 10 lbs per month. I’m going to try to start working out soon, but did not during the first 2 months of weight loss, just listened to this track!

    hi. i’ve been using this subliminal every night for about a month now. here’s my story so far:
    i’m noticing that when i shop in stores, usually i look in the 1X 2X sections. and just today, i saw a really pretty shirt it was a size XL and i thought “you know what, imma see if i lost weight” and BROOOO when i tell you that shirt fit me PERFECTLY i mean, IT FIT PERFECTLY, even a liiiiittle bit LOOSE. i was SHOOK. and i was also trying on some old jeans cause my mom told me to clean my room, and i usually wear a size 15 and 16. i tried on a pair of pants (not knowing they were a size 13) and I FREAKED OUT. i didn’t notice it myself, but i’ve lost weight, and now i’ve gone down a whole dress size, apparently. i don’t weigh myself, for the sake of my mental health. but HOLY CRAP IM SO HAPPY. i’ll update in exactly a month i PROMISE, i’m not gonna be like all those other people who never update. k, thanks for reading this. byeee :)

    I started listening to this every night for about a week and a half maybe almost two weeks and i went from 121 lbs to 115 lbs! I’ve also felt more motivated to work out and eat healthier since listening to this!!
    Update: I’m down to 113lbs!!

    I have been struggling with BED (Binge Eating Disorder) for a couple months now, after listening to this for 1 month consistently I have been able to have full control of my eating habits. My hunger is much less intense and I no longer have urges to eat TONS of food. I also find it easier to make healthy choices & view food as fuel not comfort. I believe this has helped me, it took time but it worked. I feel great. Thank you💓

    I have some tips for feeling thinner:
    *Wear looser clothing
    *When you weigh yourself do it first thing in the morning before you eat anything
    *Before going to bed drink water(not tons of it though) and eat some fruit or vegetables
    *The first thing you should consume in the morning is water
    *Have a light balanced breakfast(nothing to sugary)

      You shouldn't eat before you sleep, even if it's fruits and veggies. The idea is you should have your last meal of the day 3-4 hours before you go to sleep and if for some reason you can't resist the temptation to snack afterwards to munch on something healthy. My go to is frozen grapes :p just don't eat right before you go to sleep it can interfere with your rest because your digestive system is still actively working!

    I needed to reduce stress. √ I get fewer stress headaches and feel more relaxed.

    I have been dealing with a lot of stress, so have not been focusing on my weight issues as much. And Halloween candy is EVERYWHERE...I found that 10-12 lbs have crept back on me. Arrrggghhh!!

      Loosing 8 lbs in 3 days is very unhealthy.. Sorry if this seems rude but if you did lose that much you will gain them back. Its healthy to loose about 3 lbs per week so be careful and stay safe

    I lost 15 lbs in the first three weeks listening to this. Literally noticed it after three nights. My eating pattern has completely changed. I fast now and want no junk food 🤣 this is only my 4th time listening to the weight loss because I mix it up between topics but i really believe this works.     I have listened to this every night , all night long through my tv as I sleep for about a month and a half. And I lost 35 pounds so far. I haven’t cut out carbs completely and have less desire to eat too much. It has become easy, whereas it’s always been almost impossible before this. I see that their is power in the subconscious mind. I also exercise about 3- 5 times a week by walking

    Appreciate your video's! Love that you did one on weight loss with rain! One thing I would like to point out though that is not often stated is, most people who are over weight feel unloved, worthless and unwanted. Most are not over eaters, they gain weight as a subconscious protection shield. Those who are over eaters are no different they are just more obvious. They are ones who in fact subconsciously recognize a hold that needs filling, and try to do that with food. I would appreciate it if you could and would make one of these about being loved, wanted, appreciated etc. "I am loved, wanted, appreciated and safe. My life is now filled with love, peace, not and prosperity. It is safe for me to be all I want to be. I am strong and capable of achieving everything I set my mind to!" Took me 70 years to learn this!

      I agree, extra weight is a safety cushion. I know that as long as I’m not feeling safe and loved I will always return to my fat protective layer after every single “miracle diet”. It has been many years struggle for me trying to permanently loose excess weight. I believe that hypnosis might be the key.

    With no conscious effort, I lost about 25 lbs. in less than 10 weeks. It was a shock. I don't weigh myself often. I'm 65 and was concerned so my doctor ran a slew of tests. She agreed it must be the subliminal. Continuing for another 90 days when I will be retested and will reports those results. BTW I never thought as though I was dieting and believe I was exercising only nominally. Thank you, sir. And my BP, cholesterol, and glucose all normal -- first time in years. Your audio is the only changed variable. 👍👍👍

    i’ve been listening to this for 5 days now, and for the first time in so long I’ve been able to resist the urge to order takeaway. I have a chronic pain condition and takeaway has been my main comfort to ease my stress. Being able to resist buying it is huge for me.     Well. Been listening to this every night for a week. Did my weekly weigh in... 5.6lbs down. My appetite is definitely suppressed since i started playing to this video over night.     I am Type I Diabetic...absolutely a different disease than type II...it's autoimmune where your pancreas no longer manufactures insulin. Point is that I have been unable to exercise since a back injury and am eating sweets! This means I have to use more insulin! As insulin is a hormone that adds abdominal fat, I am getting fatter! I was told about this by my PTSD counselor and am "listening" every night to one of the eat healthy/lose weight sleep subliminals by T. Hall...last 3 nights...I think my sweets craving is diminishing and healthy eating is increasing...point is...losing weight is not just for looking better...it can save your life!

      My mom was type one diabetic for years they told her it would never go away but she started doing dialysis and she got and pancreas and kidney transplant and now she doesn’t have it anymore she can eat sweets and she doesn’t have to do shots I think ou should try it to ☺️ I wish you the best in life also I am 15 and ever since I was little I had to deal with feeling sad everyday because my mom had to go to the hospital or being woken up by ambulance or going to check on her and she is all sweaty and her blood sugar is all high or low but now I don’t she is all good now ☺️

    listened to this all night let’s see if it works. i’m gonna be listening to it every night. i’ll update
    day 1: WOW i didn’t have an appetite at all and didn’t eat literally anything all day.
    day2: still didn’t have an appetite but i did eat more than i wanted too. but that’s probably cause i didn’t eat at all on day 1 lol.
    day 3: didn’t have much of an appetite but i did eat more than i wanted too. still not as much as i usually would.
    (forgot to mention after the first day in the morning i weighed myself and i was 147.8lb when i’m usually 150-152lbs. i’m not exercising either. just walking at a normal day to day amount)
    day 4: went to the store and literally all food repulsed me. which usually i crave everything there. healthy foods sounded good to me though. i also didn’t have much of an appetite again.

    Wow. This is the best one to combat my PTSD night terrors. I don't know why the weight loss one is as such, versus the other Thomas Hall rain-sleep-hypnosis videos, but it's the one that helps. No nightmares, normal dreams, wake up like I used to decades ago, feeling like a human being, positive attitude waking up instead of ruminating on negative thoughts.     I’ve been listening to this or the “Say No to Binge Eating and Eat Healthy Food” sessions every night for the last year. Two fantastic things have occurred. First, Ive lost 65 lbs and maintained it for six months. The positivity I feel towards myself as a side effect has been terrific but my health stats are the real winner. Secondly, my sleep has improved greatly. I used to struggle to fall asleep but not anymore. As soon as I hear the beginning of these sessions, my mind instantly calms and I doze off. It equates the rain sound with bedtime. I truly have benefited from making these sessions a nightly practice.

    Trying to lose 40lbs in the next 4 months. I’ve listened to the Wake Up Full of Energy video every night for a few months now and it has done wonders. Going to try this now with some daily exercise, so if I start gaining muscle I’ll be happy with that type of weight.

    I’ve lost 5kg in 2 weeks, I have been falling asleep listening to this every night and have found I’m less hungry throughout the day so it was easier for me to eliminate snacking between meals (snacking is my weakness) I’m convinced this video has suppressed my appetite! So crazy but real

    I have binge eating disorder and am constantly struggling with sugar/junk food cravings and compulsive snacking. Since I started listening to this I’ve noticed a dramatic decrease in cravings. I’ve had a much easier time limiting myself to a handful of cashews or dried fruit (versus the whole bag). I’m actually hungry before dinner now because I haven’t been snacking all afternoon.     This WORKS. I did nothing else different, in fact I ate MORE, and I now fit into jeans I haven't been able to wear for 2 years. This is CRAZY. Thank you so much for this, I feel amazing. I was going to give all these jeans away and just randomly felt to try them on. Thank you so, SO incredibly much for making this!!! Will not stop until I am at my goal size!

    i've been listening to this every night for about a month now, in the beginning with a few more weight loss subs that were reliable, and i've gone from 180lbs to 172lbs. all im saying is BE PATIENT and BELIEVE !!!!!!!!!! this works, i promise. just be confident and patient :] (also i've been doing high restriction most days)

      I'm holding steady at 140 to 142.
      There were days the scale moved down everyday.
      Still averaging a 20lbs weight loss in 3 months.
      I restarted the nightly subliminals to take it down to 135 finally!

    So I have been listening to this for a month. I want to say that I didn't change any habits - I don't exercise and do not watch what I eat. But I did find myself changing some patterns. The only exercise I do is walk my dog, and I would find myself thinking, you can walk another ten minutes...or when I go to eat late at night instead of taking a bag of chips with me, I'll put a little in a bowl so I am not mindless eating. Basically, they were tiny changes, but changes none the less that I noticed. I can only attribute it to this. And today I weighed myself and I'm 10 pounds down!!!!! I WILL TAKE IT!!!! Now...if only you can make a subliminal to drink only water like it's my job, I'd be set! Seriously lacking in drinking water. Thank you Thomas!!!!! I have been playing this at night before bed without headphones every night since Feb 14, 2020.

    Hi! I’m Lex and I’ve had an struggle with losing weight. Now we’re gonna try it this way!
