So nice to watch! I'm not in the rental market but it's always really interesting to see what's actually happening. Thanks for sharing

personally loved the melbourne/south melbourne one! even with the small closet and living space, you have a lot of things to do around it! it's also super modern and i love the patio area! my opinion but good luck with your choices!

Yea it was super nice - but in the end we thought the kitchen space was a bit too small for what we wanted!
      Thank you so much!🫶🏻

I would pick the 1st one only because I loved the outside area. Good luck finding the best one for you and your family.

I liked the first one with the enclosed yard. My fav though was #2, $2150.00 I'd like to see a video where you talk about why you moved from the USA. Was it school or just traveling? I was amazed at how many apartments didn't have shower tubs. Is it almost cheaper to rent a house?

Oh that’s a good video idea! Pretty much was a family move with my dad so I didn’t have much choice tbh hahaa
And not really - houses are much more expensive to rent here although it depends on the area! Yea the shower over tub thing isn’t very common in apartments here - I remember every single house had them in America 😂

Home hunting is exhausting. it's a battle over the things you can live with that you don't like. Always a sacrifice between $ vs amenities vs location, cos you're never going to get everything you want.

      Using realestate.com!
Can also go to 2apply as that’s the platform where most places do their rental applications - they also have listings on there with a calendar of when inspections are - super useful!
Good luck with your move! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

500 pw isn’t so bad. Tbh I thought it’s nonexistent when ppl talk bout housing crisis in Melbourne
