What gets me is the nice new textures and styles that come with the new packs vs the old, outdated stuff from base game…..and they still won’t refresh it…..
wow still cant believe its been 10 years i know i didn't play sims when the map had no colour but i started playing when sims 4 didn't have toddlers lol
I mean every Sims game launched without weather systems. Sims 1 had perpetual summer and never had a seasons system. Sims 2 and Sims 3 also launched without seasons or weather systems. And you still had to buy an expansion pack to get it. Also Sims 4 seasons also kinda suck, I didn't even buy it right away. I finally did because everyone swore it was so awesome. And gosh do I hate rain in the game now, just ruins my day. 🌸
I remember being immediately in love with the graphics. I was going from TS2 (did play TS3 for a while but it was so buggy for me I reverted to TS2) so graphic wise it was a major improvement. I def also remember being disgusted there were no toddlers or pools though lol.
By the way, dear, did you know that the mod for an open modeling career has been updated? The only thing I didn't like about the previous version was that there were few brands you could collaborate with. If possible, tell her to develop it further. Let there be categories of brands like beauty. Underwear like Victoria Secret and so on. Brands like KVK Mas Market and Premium.
🌸. I just could play Sims 4 since oktober 2022, when it got free and I had my first gaming PC. But I've seen let's plays where the map is all blueish and white kinda with no colors. There was no calendar, no notebook, no toddlers and no pools. I heard that already. There was no deckchairs, chairs which you put on a beach to sunbathe, there weren't any of them. I like Sims 4, but I'm playing Palia, till they fix the whole game and playtest all packs when creating new DLCs. I hope the Behind The Sims will return someday.
Tell me, maybe you know bloggers simers who play as sims like happy birthday. Like in a family the wife doesn't cook and doesn't do anything, sits on her husband's neck and takes care of herself, cooking is not hers since her husband earns well and she just orders food at home. In general, the husband works and the wife spends, are there such bloggers who lead such dynamics of relationships in the game? And whoever you look at, everyone cooks, everyone is so right, it's become interesting :)
That’s one of the two things that made me so upset with the sims 4 when it came out. If by the sims 4 they didn’t have the capability to add weather in the base game, they needed to go back to the drawing board. Also I’ll never, ever forgive them for not including toddlers originally
What I’m seeing is that the game has always been basically an empty game. Kinda sad when TS2 was a full and vibrant world even without DLC. My computer couldn’t even handle the sims 4 when it came out. I bought it for full price and couldn’t even play it. 🌸 Xoxo Diesel
This is cool going back but still being a day one 4 is cool but in my opinion 3 was a game changer and still feels iconic if they 3 and 4 the 5 I would run back but ps I love your videos ❤
I remember the disappointment. After playing Sims 1-3, I felt scammed. The comical look, closed world and the lack of features was downright shocking. It felt like a children’s game. I played for an hour and went back to TS3. It became clear instantly that TS4 would be very limited, thanks to Project Olympus. I think every OG simmer started hoping, Maxis would start developing TS5 immediately. I never would have thought that TS4 would survive this long. It’s truly incredible, that the worst game in the franchise is still being kept alive. Unfortunately, the TS4 never managed to feel like a true Sims game. It improved a little, up until 2019. After that it completely lost its way. The abomination of a game we have now, is the shameful ending to a once great franchise. Quite an achievement, to totally screw up such a beloved and successful game series. I used to have hope for a back-to-the-roots Sims 5 game. After seeing Project René, I finally realized that the golden times of the Sims were over. Sad but true.
@@itsmeTroi Compared to what free on InZOI and what paywall on SIm 4 Yes we are. =D I hate to say it the Sims hasnt been the same till Maxis sold it away. EA is not what it used to been since they made Jungle strike. That where they started. (War games) Not Sim games
I have never seen this footage before. it would be super cool if "someone" could get their hands on this copy of the game just for giggles. thanks for sharing this. Hap Bir-day si-yums 💮🌸🌺
Keep in mind this was Beta but just look at how far the game has come since then
Not that far tbh lol
One thing we can say that hasn’t changed over a decade is the game being broken.
That part 🤭
What gets me is the nice new textures and styles that come with the new packs vs the old, outdated stuff from base game…..and they still won’t refresh it…..
A base game refresh along with another blank world like newcrest would heal me
Not them laughing at the burning cupcake machine 🤣🤣🤣
wow still cant believe its been 10 years i know i didn't play sims when the map had no colour but i started playing when sims 4 didn't have toddlers lol
That’s still early on. Game didn’t have pools either
I wasn't leaving Sims 2 for 4 until they had toddlers (wasn't pressed about pools) sooooo, yeah never played the 1.0 of Sims 4. 😂😂
take a shot everytime I say "oh my god"
@@itsmeTroi I’m tore up now!!!! 😂😂😂😂
9:17 the search not being in the middle is throwing me off bad lol
Woah, the sims 4 really has evolved, wow.
Yupppp
Wow 10 years that is weird the sims look different today that for sure.
I started playing sims 4 in 2020, so I never seen all the old stuff
It was a time
🌸what i missed was one sided love romance bar. i remember it the fisrt time on sims. might be a medela effect.

Wow it’s been so long I played since initial release but I forgot how different it was.

The Sims 4 was the reason I got my gaming pc. I still have it

I unfortunately do not have fond memories of when the sims 4 came out 🤭🌸

I feel like every time they released a new pack they should have also updated base game features because even gameplay was and is sooo baron and empty
🌺
how do they have 570k after coming out of CAS lol 🌺
Prob because it was a dev build
WYM we still in the trenches XD most of the DLC should of been base game
Screaming not we still in the trenches 😂😂
