I'm just an older teen but watching these videos really encourages me to learn more about investing and start doing it asap! I'm having my parents set up a custodial brokerage account soon, and I want to learn a few good ETFs and dividend stocks to start investing in. Would these be some good ones to start off with for next year?
Nice, what do u think about foreing stocks. PBR for example i have had it for some years and the yield is big. I have almost got my initial investment in less than 4 years, with the dividends.
Thank you for the video. Well made, as always. I recommend that you put your picture in the thumbnail, at more than 170 000 subscribers, you deserve it! Best regards from Québec.
@Dividendology yes I did email support but got it sorted, how to put LSE on the porfolio spreadsheets. Just add. L to the ticker! Time to do some more research now 😎🙏
A couple for 2025 that are trading at reasonable prices: LYB JNJ OLN GD FLNG . Some of their return is going into buybacks but when the price is cheap I don’t mind that instead of dividend either
LVMUY is a fraction of an LVMH share and offers convenience for U.S. investors by trading in US dollars. LVMHF is the over-the-counter ticker for LVMH's ordinary shares, traded in the U.S. in euros and offering direct ownership but less accessibility for U.S. investors. Both provide exposure to LVMH.
$MFA Shares being so cheap with a dividend of .35 each quarter which under $10.50 a steal being over sold with book value of $18.42 and upgrade last week.
thx! what stocks from health sector would you recommend now, at these levels? MRK, NVO, PFE, JNJ?! could you pls make a sectorial episode like this with top 5-10 from each big sector, once in a while...?!
change asml for microsoft and you will get a very solid portfolio. asml is cyclical. also they make only 1 product that is one of the most complex machines in the world and as a person who worked there i can say that A LOT of juniors who have no clue what's going on work there. i wouldn't invest in asml. never. it's prone to fail
Bias is evident here. Some stocks shouldn't make this list up like Vici (much better choice would be Camden) or Domino pizza (9%, similar to etf return, really?). Disappointed.
@scottwalker4619 You got it wrong. And if you don't understand, it means you have lots to learn. Watch Everything Money or something, they will explain it to you.
Yes, seems the choices are just his holdings.... I made a comment of my thoughts on VICI so won't repeat them here. But I do invest in and think CNI is a winner. V and ASML also solid choices, and I don't invest directly in those.

Does benefit existing subscribers to your Tickerdata spreadsheets?
Thank you again for a wonderful video. Could you kindly consider adding timestamps and tickers into your future videos ❤
Wow, I have not seen this level of down to earth, helpful insight with real data on any dividend channel so far.
Glad it was helpful!
One of my favorite channels, even if I am much older and further along on the investing journey.
thanks so much!
We’re right there with you @chrissers

I love your Dividend Income by Stock chart. There's everything else, and then Boom!, SCHD dominates. It's my largest holding, too.
Good video. Love Visa and VICI. Met VICI’s CEO at Nareit in Vegas in November.
Very cool!
Love the content! Where can we get the spreadsheet?
I would trade Agree realty for United health. Otherwise nice list. I own 7 in this list 💪
Very interested in VICI & LMT for the new year. Will build my positions in those over time.

So much value in this video :) Thanks and happy new year!
Happy new year!
Quick question: when did you start your dividend portfolio?
Started around 11-12 years ago, but I made a TON of mistakes starting out that cost me time and money.
Happy New Year from Oahu 🤙
¡Gran video!
¡Me encanta este contenido!
¡Muy interesante, gracias por compartir!
Good video. Visa is one of my favorites as well. Currently I’m trying to decide between starting a position in ADC or VICI.
Another great video thanks 😊

UWMC! Almost 7% and one of the biggest mortgage companies in America
Your manaaging sheet is awesome can you share it please to get the formula please ? 🙏☀️
It’s available on Tickerdata.com!
Amazing growing stocks.
Is there any reason you're not using ticker LVMUY for LVMH?

@@Dividendology Thanks for the reply, great videos!
What is the advantage buying CNI instead of CNR if you are not living in US?
Do you keep these in a retirement account or a taxable brokerage account?
Thanks for the video!
You're welcome!
Would be great if you can share the list in the beginning or at least have the stock name in the video timeline
I like every company but HSY and MO. For HSY don’t catch a falling knife. For MO it’s forecasted to have negative EPS and revenue growth.
$MFA Shares being so cheap with a dividend of .35 each quarter which under $10.50 a steal being over sold with book value of $18.42 and upgrade last week.
Why not NEP? 20 percent forward dividend and yield
Can you do a study of the sp500’s dividend over time if its possible to live of just the dividend?
It is if you have a very large amount of money.
Many of the S&P companies pay no dividend at all, so dividends from S&P index funds are low.
Is there a video he has made that goes into depth managing tax with unqualified dividend stocks such as REITs?
This video covers taxes, but I don’t touch on REITs too much: How to Pay $0 in Taxes on Dividends!
th-cam.com/video/iihCxg2Tcro/w-d-xo.html
Vanguard won't let me buy LVMH or LVMUY. Pretty pissed about it :(. Great video!
Thanks!
Rithm Capital has a dividend yield of 9.21% it's not one of the big ones but if you're poor like me it's worth it. 🤷♀️
Is your excel sheet free?
Nice video
CNI pays dividend in canadian dollars. don't forget that you will have to convert to normal money and you pay a fee for that.
i was suprised how cheap CSX was, that company is one of the largest railraods
For tax purposes, is VICI a limited partnership and you get a schedule K-1 or it's handled differently?
No, they pay unqualified dividends.
@@Dividendology So this shows up in the 1099-Div section of my annual tax report from my broker? I love the channel and watch all the videos.
Surprised to not see Mercedes, Siemens, Deutsche Bank
Excellent video as usual! Happy new year!

vici seems like the only reliable reit. i have it. but i wouldnt buy others like realty income or nnn or agree or equinix. i dont like them
Isn't it a bit annoying to have all these CFA bots? Anyway, thanks for the content.
The government isn’t afraid to spend your money.’ Lockheed Martin is literally cashing in on taxpayers! Thoughts? 💥🛡

Love MSFT. One of my largest holdings.
Do you own LMT ?
I do not.
@ any specific reason ?
Valve Corporation may be the only business that can beet Visa for free cash flow. Into Gabe Newell's large pockets. Love that company.

Just to make sure I’m understanding you correctly, are you saying that 9% is a poor return because it’s similar to an ETF’s return rate?
@scottwalker4619 You got it wrong. And if you don't understand, it means you have lots to learn. Watch Everything Money or something, they will explain it to you.
@@scottwalker4619there's no alpha to an ETF if it's not deeply undervalued, you're just assuming concentration risk for the same returns.
