FOR THE TATALE
7 very riped plantain (black riped plantain)
2 tsps of chili powder
3 small onions
1 tuber of ginger
4 cloves of garlic
100g of corn dough
1 tsp of salt
200ml or more of red palm oil for frying, mixing & brushing
some water
FOR SERVING
salted groundnut
