Really great video. You covered a ton and kind of mentioned it but the SUNSETs are mind blowing and so much fun. Venice Ave shopping along the Blvd just has that old town feel of a small town with really friendly folks. We love Venice!
Been there numerous times and we like it a lot. We go in the fall and spring when it’s not so crowded. Housing has been stupidly over priced since Covid. We will keep what we have for now and if opportunity presents itself may buy fixer upper later.
Looking to move to Venice from the UK. We have researched many areas and keep coming back here! With regards to rentals, would we be able to rent somewhere (family of 5) with our employment being in the UK for a while whilst we set up etc? Hubby will be looking to set up business there too. Have to correct you as a former resident of Brevard County for 17 years, Port Canaveral has a Jetty even called "Jetty Park" 😜. Keep up the good work, love watching the videos. Even though Wellen Park pays taxes to Nort Port , I guess for the sake of the mailing address we'll let you think it's Venice 😁
