You will be surprised to know that there is only one temple of Shadani Darbar in Pakistan.
This temple of Shadani Darbar remains open from 7 am to 7 pm on all days. Dukh Bhajan Dhuni is performed daily by the priest.
Now that I've covered history and entertainment, I thought it was time for some culture and faith. I am told that there is a very famous pilgrimage which is dear to Raipur. Crowds of people whether religious or not, visit Shadani Darbar every day to find their inner peace.
Located about 10 kms from the railway station and only 4 kms from the airport along Dhamtari Road, Shadani Darbar is a very popular Hindu pilgrimage.
The Shadani Darbar has a huge hall where the Dhuni Sahib is kept. In fact the interior was so mesmerizing that I was amazed by the beautifully carved images of deities and their avatars on both sides of the walls.
Shadani Darbar is named after Saint Shri Shadaramji Saheb. Spread over an area of 12 acres, it has a hall where Dhuni Saheb is kept. On either side of the wall, there are beautiful engraved images of deities and avatars. Every day, Dukh Bhanjan is performed. Musical fountains along with religious statues and sculptures are also found within the court. Shadani Darbar is a famous pilgrimage center for Sindhis. This temple was established by Saint Shadaramji Maharaj, who is believed to be an incarnation of Lord Shiva. He sacrificed his entire life in the service of God and for the betterment of fellow beings. It is located at National Highway 43, Dhamtari Road, Nai Raipur State Highway 2, Boria Kalan, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
The founder of this court was Shri Shadaram Sahib Ji, who was born in a Lohana Khatri family, believed to be a descendant of Maharaj Lav, son of Shri Ramchandra Ji. Shri Shadaram Ji Maharaj has dedicated his entire life to the service of mankind. The foundation of Shadani Darbar was laid in the year 1786 by Shadani Maharaj at Hayat Pitafi Tehsil Mirpur Mathelo.
Satguru Sant Gobindram Sahib, the eighth Peethadhishwar of Darbar Teerth, laid the foundation stone on January 18, 1988. After this the temple was inaugurated on 17 July 1991 on the 165th birth anniversary of Pancham Peethadhishwar. Without taking the help of any engineer in the construction of the temple, he himself got the temple constructed. Bhandara Hall, Holy Tulsi Sarovar, Holy Kund have been built in the court built on 12 acres.
School, Hospital, Samadhi Sthal, Mela Utsav Sthal, 101 rooms have been made for the guests. Every year, devotees are made to visit the 315-year-old major pilgrimage Shadani Darbar in the Sindh state of Pakistan. During this, work like collective sacred thread, marriage, mundan rites, distribution of food-clothes among the needy, free treatment of the poor, etc. are done. All the four Shankaracharyas, Swami Mahamandaleshwar and many saints, mahatmas, politicians have visited the Darbar Teerth.

The Shadani Darbar was founded by Saint Shri Shadaram Sahib Ji, who is believed to be an incarnation of Lord Shiva, who devoted his entire life to the service of the Supreme Lord and mankind. Many festivals and festivals take place here at Shadani Darbar and you will meet pilgrims from both India and Pakistan. Really amazing sight. The current priest of the temple is Sant Yudhishthir Lal Sahib. The priest is known as Gaddisar. You can visit their online website for a schedule of events for the current and upcoming year. Special pujas and programs are organized during the festival days as well. It is truly a wonderful sight and definitely needs to be attended to experience the special and magical day.
