Battery change ki cmos karne ke bad bhi reset kaa option ayya reset kiya tab bhi baar bar reset karne ka keraha windows 10

Bhai mere computer me masla agaya hai. Jab me motherboard me cell dalta hon tho computer start nahi hota on hote he band ho jata hai or jab computer se cell nikal kar start karta hon tho computer start ho jata hai. Ram ko b badal kar deka hai same masla deta hai. Please reply.
