For this weeks video we do something that we used to do on our FIRST DATES, and that is ask each other hard hitting, random questions we foiund on the internet. These questions include first heartbreak, first crush, what we think about relationships in general, and so much more. We love you!!!

It’s hard to watch these old videos knowing that good times often have to end. May they find great happiness in the future to come.

I like Chris rant about what he thought in the past about relationship vs now, He sounds so wise for his age, that theraphy is paid of. I think he should be in some podcast, or maybe starting one.
With his friends, and Ian for that matter, he can talk everything important and real, also about his favorite show or movie or celebrity gossip. That would be fun.
I just love hearing his perspective, 🥰🙏
The way you guys communicate with each other helps me improve the mistakes that I tend to make when I am f.e.x. annoyed or mad with someone ❤️
They don't communicate actually , Ian is the only one who does the talking and poor Chris just listen

Or you could abbreviate example as "Ex:"
just so y'all know, pretty sure most of us would very much be OK w| longer videos. 😁😉 (i mean...if y'all have the time of course!) y'know venturing into the 15ish minute....or even longer range. wouldn't hate 20. jusayin. 💁🏾♀

Yeah, I prefer longer videos about 25 to 30 minutes. Chris and Ian are never boring so longer videos would be even more watchable.

Even if Chris and Ian just talk about their favorite mugs or whatever, there's still something that you can get from them. Even just the way they listen to each other shows maturity in relationship. The only bad thing about this vid is that it's not long enough. Lol Love you both.

I'm always the "Ian" in the relationship: I often don't recall things that the other do, and I've known people who are fricking books and remember stuff that I would consider absolutely meaningless. I hate this cause I feel people sometimes would use that against me. I really need to learn how to actively memorise better things that I'd like to recall precisely later on.

I had such a hard time getting over my ex that I couldn't sleep in my bed for over 2 years. It turned into a huge lonely empty space, too big physically and emotionally for one person. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

Ian I love everything you represent I feel very identified with it 😂. Helps remind me that everything I’ve chosen to learn is not just a fad.
What I mean is, sometimes I doubt about the way I communicate with people and how I see my interpersonal skills. And well, seeing someone basing their relationship on these principles gives me some level of reassurance.

When Ian answered the question on the thing he used to believe and now doesn't it made me think of how often what we view relationships to be like is through the window of heterosexuality, even think of how we discuss sex like the nonsense or top and bottom and all that..... (I recommend reading Compulsory Heterosexuality and Lesbian Experience by Adrienne Rich). Anyway I think if we view relationships through that window it makes us reject the idea. And that's why it is important to make space for whatever decisions people make regarding their relationships no matter how outlandish as long as it works for them.

@@amandatelek4182 all TH-camrs don't look at it the same, but many or most do it the way that Chris is doing it. Only a few really stare into the camera because they do it intentionally. The way Chris does it is natural/not forced.
Either way I don't think it matters about the number, he was just saying thank you that Chris was acknowledging it

Yesterday I watched the vid when I think was Chris told his intervention story. During it Ian started to cry and was so touched in every video of them I've seen you can tell Ian adores the ground Chris on .he loves him so much.when he started to cry listening to Chris I lost it.im very,very tender hearted and they had me just balling.thank you guys I loved it.im on the other side of the spectrum.my dad was an alcoholic so I grew up even though I was guy I'm horribly freighter and I hated men. I come to terms with that inter little boy but it sure left deep scars.So Chris you hold on tight to Ian because you can tell he really ,really loves you.again thank you guys.
