Thank you! Is it possible to post time stamps of when each song begins, to allow for selecting a favorite from the list? 😊 Thank you for such an excellent collection of old-fashioned background music.
@@emilys3638 please put the time
@@infamouscola I'm not sure I understand your request. I don't know the times here, which is why I was asking for them.
@@emilys3638 thats what I also meant..my apologies...we need the time.
Your tracklist is out of order in some spots. Track #3 is "Snowy Morning Blues" by James P Johnson and Track #4 is "King Porter Stomp" by Jelly Roll Morton.
Mundo.
This is amazing music to read the Great Gatsby to.
Even though most of those tunes came out after lol
I'm amazed at the natural technique many of these legendary guys possessed. I'm thinking especially of Tatum, Waller, Hines and Teddy Wilson.
swampy river is the best
Sometimes we just need a happy go lucky track to keep our spirits up. Doesn't need to be super heavy all the time.
Thank you my Dad played like this, brings back amazing memories!
Bonjour, belle brochette de virtuoses !! quelle ambiance !!
Thanks for sharing this. Great classics of high culture and civilisation.
Poesia. Grazie per questa incantevole condivisione
I think you can't listen to this without a whiskey cocktail in hand, or any other cocktail of the times.
Thanks!
Amazing thank you for this playlist true music and true legends
This is an excellent anthology !
if only 2020 was as roaring as 1920
Let's make them!
May 2020 is definitely roaring alright!
@@DJJusJay it's deflating, not roaring. BLM, Antifa, and the Marxist commies are nothing like how the people were in the times of prohibition. True they were organized criminals... But I guarantee you. They had an admiration, and love for the capitalistic country which provided them wealth. They'd more than likely see the idiots as threats... You know how that went back then. Murder rates higher than modern day Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles combined. That was apart of their era.
It is like the 1920 except it’s not because of money we are depressed
Kids nowadays how hard they partied back in those days. Hip hop wannabe gangstas are nuthin' compared to them jazz cats.
I would love to hear "The Crave" by Jelly Roll Morton remastered like these!
Obrigada por postar essa maravilha.Estou ouvindo encantada.
How are you doing today my name is Eric Moore
If anyone can identify the last song on Ken Burn's 'Prohibition' episode 2, I'd be much obliged. A lot of great jazz on that soundtrack. Sadly the soundtrack listing cannot be found.
Great music! Would have been nice to have a track listing though.
Thanks for the comment - don't know why the track list disappeared. But it's now back, hurray .... I'm grateful that you let us know. And of course I'm really pleased that you've enjoyed the remastered music :-) Best wishes.

Did you plan on posting more? Great music by the way!!
Yes.
Al respecto recuerdo gira del gran Vladimir Horowitz a EEUU;

Europe in the 1930's and 1940-most of 1941: *chaos unfolding*
The USA, like those fucking pianists in the saloon during a Western brawl fight:
The '30s in the US was no walk in the park neither. But I like your analogy nonetheless.
