Ness is the most boring and standard popper of the elite guys, yet is the chosen one. Think of all the other top poppers over the years and how dynamic and amazing most of their rounds were. I may have seen 1 round total over the years from Ness that was impressive. This is Juste Debut though so they had to have one french guy win. Ness can almost never lose. I saw this angle awhile back, and imo, theres no way ness won that battle. Straight robbery. Just debout needs to stop playin those old shcool funk music. it's 2024! The crowd was dead asleep because of it.
I would've have accepted it if atleast Ness' round was great, but it was a snoozefest and one of the most boring rounds I've watched. Sometimes rounds can go both ways, like when MT vs Jaygee, but here the difference in quality is astounding and yet a french need to win ofcourse

It seems that old-school boogaloo style of popping still has some competitions (and judges it apparently smh) in a chokehold. MT Pop represents the new school in a big way and the popping world still won't embrace him fully IMO. I thought that MT Pop took this convincingly, especially with his second round (the first round was mostly a tie).
For the people who think that this is robbery.. All this past years and this year in particular, go and see in all styles of competition there is always a one french guy in the finals. Fusion Concept and Juste Debout are 100% BS towards french dancers and this is not a surprise to me, i expected this before they even started to dance.
