I actually had a landlord not understand my rights as a tenant. She and her husband came into my home while I was asleep, I worked 2nd and sometimes 3rd shift. They didn’t think I was home because my SO was at work and took my vehicle. SMH. They never understood it was a violation and this happened a few times.

Questions! If one did sell the rights to the lumber on their property and a tree grows in the front yard 6 years later is the property owner able to just cut down the tree whenever they wanted or would they have to get it approved with the company they sold the rights to the lumber too? Or maybe it would be outlined in the contract…… just wondering
It's the same way you signed the property over to the states whenever you register your private property to Washington DC and their states agency they are the third party intaveaner in the public trust
If you are in the life estate you are the owner of the property but can you add restrictions so after the life estate herself dies she could give fee simple ownership to her heir?
If a manufactured home goes through the process of becoming real property, is that property then subject to the codes of the state when undergoing an inspection?
Their is a different between owners and tenants who registered to the states agency why would you not govern yourself and your family name as organic ownership over your personal life we have credit we have to understand how to operate your own business in due course

In most cases, yes. It is permanently attached. So long as it isnt rented or installed by a tenant. It would be real property.
