Anyway, as I mentioned in the video, my first home run ball was hit way back in 1992 at the old Yankee Stadium. Then it took me NINE years to get another, and things were slow for a while after that. Check out the full list of gamers that I've snagged:

Fun fact: I've worn my "HIT IT HERE" shirt twice this season, and I've gotten home runs BOTH TIMES! I also caught a homer last season while wearing it (that ball was pitched by Shohei Ohtani), so clearly there's something magical happening, and hmm, maybe you should get one of these shirts for yourself? YEAAA BABY! CONGRATS ZACK!!! 30+ years in the making! Just think, earlier this year, we were wondering if it’d happen. But we ALL had NO doubt that it would, and here we are! I would have done the exact same thing in that situation, and I’m sure tons of others would too. Congrats again!!!

Congrats on the 100th HR ball Zack!! Think we can pick up the pace for the next 100? LOL I have just 1. It's a pretty cool one for sure though. Big Papi's 1st HR in 2006. Stupidly, I did not get the ball authenticated (didn't know that was a thing) back on Opening Day, 2006, in Arlington, TX. Big Papi had his best HR year in 2006, 54 of them, and the new Red Sox HR record. Not gonna lie...it was fun holding on to it at the game, and having 30000 people yell at me to throw it back. Anyways...congrats again and nice job of videoing as always by Rachel!!

So, I had a party at Citi field, and the Mets gifted me a Francisco Lindor home run baseball without an authentication sticker. But when I looked at the replay, I realized a fan caught the ball. It wasn’t a significant home run, so i doubt security confiscated the ball, but i was wondering if you think the ball would be authentic or not?

ZACK!!! You’re a Hollywood star!!! Quite an interesting way to get #100 and I’d probably do the same and a certain individual would be held responsible for the motivation, haha. I’ve been waiting for this to happen for you and I’m soooooo glad it finally did. And I’m glad that BOTH of your predictions were wrong: I asked you prior to the 2022 season how much longer you thought it would take to get your 100th home run and you answered that just before the 2023 season in your last Q&A and went with 2025. And then just recently when I made you made a prediction of the date of when you’d get your 100th home run just a few days before it happened and went with August 1st. Stop doubting yourself!!! I’m glad you got it out of the way and now you can focus more on milestone home runs. Now go get those milestone home runs and catch one at all the stadiums you haven’t gotten one at yet. And an All Star Game home run and a World Series home run. Keep chasing your goals and never doubt yourself, Zack! I hope you accomplish ALL of them. Remember, age is just a number and we’re ALL allowed to have fun because baseball is FUN and screw anyone who says you’re too old to bring a glove to a game, haha. And I’m glad that I found a way to find out before many did. Of course I did, haha. And glad that Brian was able to be there for it as I know he was commenting for a little while that he wanted to be there for it and glad you delivered for him.
Thank you, Aidan! It's crazy how this all went down. I don't think I'm "doubting" myself, but the numbers lately have been higher than I expected. Getting EIGHT home runs last year was just silly. No chance I could've predicted that. So prior to the 2023 season, I assumed I'd get about four per year. But here we are with the milestone happening one season sooner than I expected. Screw the haters indeed and thanks as always for your sopport.

You don't really know for sure if that wasn't some ball from BP and the homerun ball rolled into some crevice down there where you didn't see it, but guess its close enough to count.
I do know. I looked in that gap right before the game, and there were no baseballs in it. During the game, zero baseballs ended up there until the home run did. Plus all of the fans up above would've told me if that was NOT the actual home run ball.
