No matter how much you mutilate your genitals and pump your body full of unnatural levels of hormones for the opposite gender you still won't change genders. There's a little thing called chromosomes that prevent that from happening, along with every other aspect of the anatomy of that gender that can't be replicated by surgery. And yes, everything looks off. That's quite clearly the facial structure of a man.
