For Lot + construction
0.5 to 1 Million peso will be enough or not ?
Philippines is so costly specially in city side you need min 4-5M for house and lot but if you go little far then possible in 1-2 M

A. Yes same here you need to submit 6 months rent in advance. At some places you’ll get house without Deposit if you have connections.
