@J J now houses for us 😞... I have been trying to buy a house but it's really becoming unaffordable...I don't know why people don't check sold history 😑... as sold history easily available on websites for alberta... Realtors are making our market unaffordable and builders too holding up there sales

@@ysbajwa I know and feel your frustration. We in Toronto and gta already been facing same in affordability issue since 2017 and got really worse since Covid started in 2020. Now a lot of ontarians are moving to Alberta specifically Calgary and Edmonton. Lot of realtors here are selling your city properties to Ontario residents. This will destroy Alberta market for worse for locals to afford. Trudeau govt. Provincial govt. don’t wanna do anything to stop it.

Drew this was a fabulous presentation. What a lovely home. I love how this house backs on to the environmental reserve. What a huge plus. That master bedroom is fantastic! I love the kitchen. I love how spacious it is and it's so fun to have people hang out in the kitchen during a dinner or a get together! There is lots of room to hang out and have a glass of wine and talk to guests as food is prepared! Looks like an amazing neighbourhood! I really like the design and that downstairs is perfect for a family with teens! Terrific video! Thanks so much!
