Let's admit had you know the size restrictions prior to going and making a decision on prepaying your carry on pricethis would have made a difference in your posting. You educated many because you did not do your home work to educate yourself on the does and don't. With all said I don't see this being an Avelo issue at all!! For this it's a big thanks for the review‼️😁
I use to work for Avelo. Huge issue is that their booking page doesn't clearly show the personal item dimensions, you have to dig on their FAQ page to get their dimensions. And it is needed because they have the smallest dimensions of 14 x 9 x 9.5 inches. My coworkers and I have complained about it since we work face to face with customers, but they brush it off because last minute bag fees makes them money.
Thanks for your input. That was my biggest “issue” during my experience. I sense a class action lawsuit down the road from angry customers who misunderstood personal item refers to any item that can be safely stowed under the seat in front of you.

You're right! Seems I did a poor job at correcting some of my voice-over mistakes.

@@phlyingdoctor I agree because no way that underseat area is 9 x 9.5 inches. The seat itself is usually 17 inches wide.
