We can fry the ravawell till it gives best smel yes u have to rost it well n't too much just konjam, nalla varutha vasanai and sevakka ,then leave it for some time to cool then for one cup weadd 2 and half cup sugar so make it powderbthen makethe rava also powder then add badham pistha, cashew and all after fry in ghee then mix everything well then heat ghee well then pour it on mixed rava then slowly make it as ladu it will be v nice and tasty one
See we like more sugar in sweets but for rava and channapowder when we make Mysore palk we needalot only for one cup 3 cupsof sugar and 3cupsof pure ghee too then only itwill be v tasty for rava we add elachi too for Mysore pall, we don't need but some rdoing in oil that won't be v tasty no need to rost channadhal powder just making sugar todissolve in water ,orulkambi padham porum then, will add slowly thecup of powder thenslowly add ghee it will be v tasty but kai vidamakilaranum pathrathla ottama orumadhiri poothapla varacha thambalathla ghee apply panitu idhe kottanum then for some time leave it to cool then cut it with knive
