The Eezer initiative focuses on providing motorcycle ambulances to remote, hard-to-reach areas, in Africa. These motorcycle ambulances help transport pregnant women and other patients to healthcare facilities. The initiative aims to reduce maternal mortality and improve healthcare access.

Such an improved access to medical care will indeed save many mum's and children's lives. Less grief for the Kenians. Keeping the beautiful smiles on the faces. A beautiful project!
Back in 1991, I had a short time at the University of Bonn where I had a physics lecture together with Tony from Kenia. He went on to study medicine elsewhere. I lost sight of him when the course ended, but never forgot my friend. However, I feel a little special connection to Kenia, thus: My first African friend was from there.

It has pretty good suspensions actually! I tried and was surprised!! (testing will come on day 3) Of course, it is not the smooth tarmac roads experience we are used to have in western countries :)
How Did you carry your bike there ?
It was not my bike. It's a 'Kibo' a kenyan brand 250cc. It's the bikes the eezer team have there for us, the visitors coming to ride with them. I actually quite loved it. Will be telling more about it in the next episodes!
