Lovely thank god u are not using kashmir like most people do for colour its not colour but taste we look for use garam for chicken it brings out the lovely taste
Looks delicious.. beautiful authentic color. Unlike ppl adding food coloring n Kashmiri chilli powder not the same. Been noticing Kashmir chilli powder is mixed with flour for extra weight but no taste n color. Are you using osman chilli powder as well? My late mom used to only use osman chilli powder , masala.
