Don't cry.. Just be hopeful and try things in a structured way, trust me, the kid will amaze you. They are a gift, they are free from all the negatives in life. So we have to first raise ourselves before raising them.

Aisa lag raha h jaise me hi bol rahi hoon ,
Me at present yahi life jee rahi hoon mera bhi second baby jaldi ho gya
Balance karna mushkil hota h bahut
But apki yeh vdo aur smile delh kar mujhe bahut himmat mili h

As an autistic parent now days we are going through same journey where u were one day we have twins (autistic) baby boy they are doing better in the terms of command following. U are right its a big achievement for autistic parents when their child start doing three step task in one go

Take advice and consultation from a developmental pediatrician. Please avoid such therapy centres run by therapists. Get therapies from a centre running under the supervision of developmental pediatrician. I know this type of clinic in Noida.
