So this level changed a little bit after the June 2023 update, during which Lord Basse decided to just add a few knights in Antiochus base to defend the stables. I had to warp back to the RoR release update just to pull off such a run (ie update 83607).
The strats here is copy-pasted from DeeDarFan but I improved it by building more than one academy as well as not bothering with ships. Given the amount of RNG involved I don't think there's much improvement to be made, if any.
