I’ve been taught that you shouldn’t add the sesame oil until you turn off the heat because cooking it actually reduces the flavor of the oil. Just thought I would share. Let me know what you think about it.
Very good comment. Yes you should not saute with the sesame oil. Adding it into the liquids is fine - letting it simmer for a minute or two should not make that much of a flavor difference. However, adding it at the end is what a lot of people do.
Made the sauce today and it turned out awesome, thanks Chef! I modified this recipe by replacing Sriracha with chilli oil and a pinch of MSG, then after stir frying for a while I added 2 cups of milk for a thick soupy gravy. Finally added the rice noodles over this soup and it was amazing!
I plan on making a cookbook in the future but right now I am concentrating only on how to videos. I do have the ingredients listed in the description section of the videos.

These are some great upgrades to ramen. I’m going to try the first one, but use gochujang instead of sriracha. Thank you for this!
Gochujang sounds like a delicious addition 👌 Thanks for watching 👍
I love ramen noodles. Can't wait to try this. I DO NOT the seasoning packets they come with so this will be perfect. Great job Jonny Mac! ❤
Awesome! Let me know how it turns out. Thanks for watching 👍
I replaced the sesame oil with chili paste and it’s really good!

Looks good but for myself I like more liquid.

I replaced the vegetable oil with coconut oil and the chili sauce with ketchup but still bro it tasted weirdly so good 😭😭
Where is the the msg? 😮😊
Throw vegetable , seed oils out, too inflammatory due to the discusting way they are produced
Lost me at tofu…
