hello!
i am from Ukraine so my English is not perfect as if i were native speaker
BUT only 50% of my co-workers knows English - most of them speak Spanish better and it isn’t a problem
you don’t usually speak that much , only regular phrases such as “using mcdonald’s app? what would you like to order?” and clarifying client’s needs
after week of working you will hate these words ahahah - there’s gonna be nothing new so nobody could guess that your english is bad!
+ you will always be heard by another crew members so they gonna listen and help if something is wrong
don’t forget that there are lots of accents and even native speakers sometimes don’t understand English
everything will be good!!!
You saved my mood. Appreciate you girl 🫶
If I get hired after this I’ll subscribe
good luck!
hello i am hired and its my 2 week but not getting shifts very less shifts pls help me as i am student.

Does it pay salary cash or need account in bank. ??
Hello,
Account is needed!
Some people be look down Mcdonald worker smh. But dont have a decent job😂
When people ask you where you work simply say "I work at the number one quick-service restaurant on the planet, where do you work?"
"We have over 44,000 locations across the world. How many locations does your company have?"
@@m00ndawg The number of locations isn't actually something to boast about. It has no relevance to you. You still make minimum wage, while the other person may make substantially more than that.
@@Kurathis552 the value i bring to this world isn't my "wage". Its my personal work ethic, my values. Not my direct deposit. Let capitalists and whiners brood about money all day. That aint my thing.
@@m00ndawg ...tell me you don't understand without telling me you don't understand.
I got rejected 😢
