Yeah, you need to collect 100 hero emblems, then you can buy her from the store. You get the emblems by completing the season pass. You can see how many you have by checking your materials inventory. (Inventory > click on the tab in the upper right corner)

Although they are crazy with their overpriced stuff, now they allow finally the direct purchase of a skill skin.. 50$ CDN for one skill skin.. total nuts. But the P2W aspect.. it's my 2nd Season, playing alone even when co-op will arrive (unless they give us goodies for partying) I never felt behind anyone. You play at your pace; it's a nice casual game and refreshing from other ARPG ones. My peeve would be for them to allow us to get pets, not through Gacha, for myself and not competing against a leaderboard, which I find silly. Play Esports games or PvP if you want competition. I play PvE to vent from work and life hardships. All the best.
I would think all those bots in town would get super annoying. I know it's supposed to make it look 'populated'
Yeah, I don't spend much time there outside of AH or Crafting. But yep! It has a bot problem lol
