Well you can have charmander with 2 ways: A PNJ will offer you a charmander if you have...50 pokemons Or the second way......you can found him to road 3, road 4 and the rock tunnel (careful he's very rare) About Squirtle A cop offer you a squirtle if you catch 60 pokemons Other way: seafoam islands if you walk and not run
