Victor, you just saved my life with this video! I had deleted my customer's Website and just wanted to quickly import the new one (like 100 times before). But this time I got stuck. With no idea how to solve it, as the import just did not start at all, and I did not get any error message. Thank you so much! 😚
For some reason on file manager when I try to upload the file it starts and then the upload speed drops down until it reaches zero. My internet connection is fine.

The upload may have been interrupted somehow or the backup file was somehow interrupted while downloading it. It may be best if you backup the site again - Download it and Re-upload it to the said folder. Either way you'll want a smooth transition with each step without connectivity interruption.
@@victorchinedu can you tell me Manual way to restore backup without any plugin because I have downloaded the database and files from my hosting account.
If you are having trouble navigating your hosting account's Cpanel to find the File Manager. You could alternatively use a "File Manager plugin" to upload the backup file ( that's if the backup site is relatively small). My only concern with using a File Manager plugin of late is that it sometimes gets a connection timeout, which essentially loses the upload progress.
