I need an urgent help regarding a used car which I am willing to buy, but I am confused about its value.
I am planning to buy a Santro 1.1 Asta 2022 (Feb'2022 manufacture) model from Spinny. The car has been driven for 3.6K Kms and there is no other issue with the car. I had test driven it twice and I quite like the car. Spinny is selling me the car for INR 5.87 LACS.
Now the problem is that, I am confused whether it is a correct price to buy this car considering the price of a brand new car is INR 7.52 lacs on road. The interest cost is same to me, only the deciding factor is the principal amount. There is a diff of 1.5 lacs between the used car which is only 6 months old and a brand new car from the showroom. Whether I will get this value after I sell the Spinny car ( as it will be a 2nd owned car).
Please guide me as what I should do. I have blocked the car till today.

Really nice differentiate between the Cars and great review...yea alto was good but now with the price range there are many better options in 6 lac 20 thousand or in 7 lac...why I liked alto u can take in tight streets even if u hit the car damage is not so expensive...so better for rough roads or city drives but definitely for long rides or going in parties or functions this is not the car...

@@neerajchandel574 Tata AMT not as smooth as Suzuki or Hyundai. Secondly, the mileage not as good as Suzuki/Hyundai. But Tiago is a solid built car with good ride quality and the best music system. Also, a bit cheaper.

My alto Ocober 2010 was rupees 3.05 lakh onroad, used 1.07 lakh km., in March 2021 exchanged for 1.05lakh ruppes to buy Ertiga VXI CNG😊
We bought our first car wagonR vxi top model in 2006 at Rs 4.30 L onroad and is still running efficiently without any problem. But today's maruti cars are doubtful if it can run for so long , prices are also on the higher side...

Any day Magnite Base XE over Kiger RxE .. Magnite has way more.features than Kiger .. have a good research before picking one out of this two.. Magnite gives better looks and Rear Wiper defogger n Tilt adjustable steering in a base with all 4 power windows .. That's missing in Kiger and Magnite base is better here..
After sales service is also important aspect...first educate urself

If this is how you compare the pricing of a car, then i think you can buy used 2009,10, model Mercedes Benz, Audi, Bmw, much cheaper than this price with a lot of features and safety. You are comparing the price of a 998cc full option automatic car with 1.2cc manual base model car. Doesn’t makes sense bro.

For someone who is looking for a car with good bootspace, I would recommend Honda Jazz. It has the biggest bootspace in the hatchback segment and Honda's ivtec engine is unmatchable.

Jazz is one of the best hatchback ever launched by Honda. Unfortunately the company decided to discontinue this amazing vehicle.

Non AC cars are used in hilly areas. Why waste money for a car that comes with AC by default. Every model is created based on consumer segment. You should cover details for all consumer categories 🙂. 800cc or 999cc engine is good enough for point A to point B commuting. Also gives better fuel efficiency compared to 1200cc engine. Please respect all consumers. Not all consumers are city users and demand elite features.
